This project features two buildings on a corner lot. Gordon Pape Architect was responsible for site plan development and the design of the smaller building at the north side of the site. The site plan locates the buildings close to the street property lines with the parking area concealed behind.

The single-store, 200m2 building features a striped brick pattern, a large picture window facing the flanking street and generous glazing facing the street intersection and the parking area.

Construction is scheduled for the spring of 2010.
