The exterior walls of this single-storey, 3-unit plaza on a triangular lot follow the property lines. The main façade is straight and largely glazed, while the façade facing the adjoining residences is curved and punctured by glazing.

A large glazed tower acts as a hinge element connecting the two façades.

Units are accessible from both the main street and from the parking lot. A cantilevered canopy shelters the unit entrances on the parking lot side.
